Shipping Rate & Policy
Order will be process and ship out within the same business day if the order is receive by 12 PM EST and next business day for order receive after 12 PM EST. If your order cannot be ship immediately, we will contact you and inform of the reason for the delay.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday the order will be process the following business day.
Shipping and Insurance
Dahlia ships to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and US Protectorate. Order is ship through United States Postal Service. We offer 2 levels of shipping (Standard and Expedited Service) to most area. We insure and register all items for their full value at no additional cost to you.
Dahlia offers weight based shipping for all its order. All prices are based on order weight and shipping location. All rate is expressed in U.S. currency.
Currently at this time, Dahlia’s website can only process order for the domestic United States and other U.S. territories. For international address, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss possible shipping options.
Delivery to more than one address
At this time, each order may be shipped to one address only. If you would like to ship to more than one address, you must place multiple orders.
Alternate Shipping Addresses
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
Shipping Items with Different Availability
For orders that include items with different availability, the entire order will be ship together. If your entire order cannot be shipped immediately, you will be contacted and informed of the reason for the delay.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can also check your order status on Dahlia’s website under My Account and Order Status.
Order Cancellation or Modification
If you want to cancel or change an order, for any reason, please contact us via email to email@example.com and make sure to include your order number or call us at (718) 271-3436, as soon as possible.
We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders ship and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be cancelled, and you still don't love it after it arrived – just return it to Dahlia according to our 30-day money back return policy.
Note: Dahlia reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
Dahlia does not charge sales tax due to the nature of sales on the Internet. Since Dahliajewels.com is based in New York City, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in New York State. Sales tax will automatically be charged on the merchandise and shipping and handling charges in NY only. The current rate of sales tax for New York City is 8.875%.
To customers residing in states other than New York, please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet and/or catalog purchases. While it is not the responsibility of Dahliajewels.com to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy.
