A) Our Quality Guarantee
When you order from Dahlia, you can be sure your beautiful piece has been rigorously inspected before final shipment. Each item arrives packaged in our organza bag, jewelry pouch or jewelry box. We guarantee our products to be free of all defects for 90 days after purchase. Dahlia will cover return delivery charges and repair costs without any charge to you within 90 days. After 90 days, shipping charge and repair cost may be applied.
When purchasing a piece of jewelry, please examine the construction and quality of workmanship closely. The way the piece is designed, constructed and finished will have a major impact on how well the piece wears and holds up over time. We partner with jewelry manufacturers worldwide to get the finest quality jewelry at the most outstanding prices. Our product information and expertise enables you to make an informed decision. We are confident that you'll find Dahlia’s design, quality, value, and expert advice together will make your purchase decision easier. To ensure your selection is of the highest quality, all Dahlia jewelry must pass a minimum of 23 inspection points during the manufacturing process and is inspected twice before final shipment to you. We do not compromise on the quality of design, craftsmanship or gems and guarantee our products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact a Customer Service Representative no later than 5 business days of receipt so we can repair or replace the item. Dahlia will cover return delivery charges and repair costs without any charge to you.
B) 30 Days Return Policy
You and those who receive your gifts must be delighted, or we will replace it with another item of your choice or a full refund of the purchase price, minus delivery charges. Our 30 day, no-risk return policy enables you to return your purchase for any reason. We will handle your request promptly and courteously. Please follow our Easy Return Instructions to return an item to us.
All Clearance Sales items
All Clearance Sales items have been drastically reduced. In order to provide you with these savings, we cannot accept returns. When you see the "Clearance Sales” message on the product description page, please know that you will not be able to return the item for refund or exchange. C) Exchange Policies

D) Return Policies & Instructions
Customized items and clearance items are not returnable. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or packaging; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with the product(s) to be refunded. Refunds are not given to products which are not returned with the free gift.
To return an item to Dahlia, please follow these instructions:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Code. Clearly, print your name, return authorization code, and address on the outside of the package in the return area.
- Place all the original packaging in the box, including the packing slip and kindly indicate your reason for return, if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. For security reasons, do NOT write jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.
For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Dahlia is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
- Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Dahlia. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500 unless you have a special arrangement.)

E) Return Process
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns department. You will receive an email regarding your return or exchange within 1-5 business days. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
